 It was founded in the first half of the fourteenth century, but the current structure, in a state of degradation and abandon, was most probably built in the fifteenth century.
Interesting features are, the portico with its columns and the arched lodge with low profiled arches supported by small columns. Both the portico and the church’s main entrance show traces of rich paintings. Adjacent to the church is the old cemetery of the town.
