Chiesa e convento di San Francesco |
Built in the first half of the sixteenth century, this huge architectural complex, that, on the side that faces via Cavour, is characterised by a baroque style balcony that has been attributed to the Gagini, from 1870 till 1999 was the seat of the city’s hospital.
In its interior, it contains a square cloister, probably from a previous period. The cone shaped bell tower is covered with multi colored ceramic tiles.
